Refund & Workshop Policy

At Sok Studios, every item and experience is prepared with care and intention. To remain fair and transparent, we ask that you review the following policy before making a purchase or booking.

For Products

All of our items, including perfumes and incense, are handcrafted in small batches and made to order from the moment we receive your purchase. Because each product is essentially custom-made, refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not available.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is significantly different from its description, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (or as soon as reasonably possible) by emailing info@sokstudios.in and including:

• Clear photos of the damage or issue
• Your order number and full name
• A brief description of the situation

If we do not receive notification within this timeframe, the delivery will be considered valid and complete.

For Workshops

All workshop bookings are non-refundable.

Transfers to another person are permitted, provided you notify us in advance.

If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 14 days before your scheduled session.

• Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the workshop date will not be accepted.
• No-shows on the day of the workshop cannot be accommodated.

In exceptional circumstances beyond your control, such as:

• Natural disasters
• Serious accidents
• Hospitalisation

we may offer a studio credit at our discretion.

Supporting documentation (such as a medical certificate or official notice) must be provided before the workshop date or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.

Studio credits:

• Are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
• Cannot be exchanged for a refund
• Will not be provided for change-of-mind cancellations

Additional Notes

We approach all concerns with sincerity and integrity.

Refunds will not be offered where no substantial fault exists in the product or service provided.
