Join our intimate 2.5 hour perfume workshop — $179 per guest, everything included

A private perfume ritual, designed for two.
In a quiet Auckland studio, you’ll be guided through a scent-making journey rooted in memory and emotion. No rush, no pressure — just a slow, reflective space to create something deeply personal.

What you’ll take home
• 30ml Eau de Parfum — crafted by you, lasting 4–6 hours
• Two 2ml mini spray bottles for everyday carry
• A soft, reusable cotton pouch to hold your creation — designed to be used long after the workshop

Behind the Studio

When I first joined workshops in Auckland, I often left feeling unsatisfied.
Surrounded by too many people, it was hard to truly focus. The sessions felt rushed, and I walked away with only a surface-level memory — not a deep experience.

That’s why I created SOK Studios differently.
Each session is limited to two guests only, so you receive my full attention. No pressure, no hesitation — just a quiet space where you can ask questions freely and feel completely at ease.

I also designed a workshop guidebook myself, thinking from the perspective of a beginner: what would I want to know, step by step? After every session, I refine and update it with guest feedback — so each experience becomes richer over time.

At SOK Studios, it’s not just about making perfume.
It’s about creating a slow, intentional moment that stays with you — a ritual, not just a class.

And the name itself carries this spirit.
In Korean, the word “sok” means “the inner self.” Perfume reflects your inner taste and personality, and I wanted this studio to be a space where you can listen to that inner voice. That’s why SOK Studios began with this name.

What a wonderful experience! Sojenn went out of her way to make this memorable for us three sisters. This perfume workshop was such a unique and special experience. With only two of us in the session, it felt incredibly personal and intimate - a perfect way to spend quality time and learn something new together. We had so much fun exploring different scents and understanding the art of perfume-making, and we ended up learning a lot about each other in the process too. Sojenn was absolutely lovely! Warm, knowledgeable, and gently guided us every step of the way without ever making it feel rushed or overly structured. Highly recommend this for couples, close friends, or anyone looking for a meaningful and memorable experience.

I have a very good time doing this workshop! The pace is very good and well managed, Seojun was very personal and insightful, she gave a good direction for us to create a beautiful scent. One of the highlights was actually when we smell the different category and notes; I learnt so much from it. I highly recommend this workshop, it located in a private and cosy studio and at the end of the workshop I felt so relaxed.
