Shipping policy

SOK Studios currently offers workshop bookings and in-studio experiences only. Product shipping is not yet available through our online store.  
We are preparing to launch small-batch perfume and incense products in the near future, and this policy outlines how shipping will be handled once orders begin.

1. Processing Times  
Orders will be prepared within 7 business days after purchase. All products are made in small batches or packaged by hand, and may require additional time during high-volume periods.

2. Delivery Areas  
We ship from Auckland, New Zealand.  
Shipping will be available within New Zealand, with international shipping planned for selected countries in the future.  
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs  
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a specified amount, subject to promotions.

4. Order Tracking  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs, but we’ll support you as best we can.

5. Delivery Issues  
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details.  
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and secure.

6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery  
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will offer re-shipment at your expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
