Arrival
Welcome Drink & Intro
Settle in over a short introduction to fragrance. Feel free to bring out your drinks and snacks from this point on.
Blending
Guided Blending
Choose your favourite notes from 72 fragrance oils and build your own scent with guidance from our perfumer.
Finishing
Bottling & Labelling
Your finished fragrance is bottled in a 30ml bottle. The guest of honour — bride-to-be or birthday star — can choose our exclusive decorative cap, and anyone can add a handwritten engraving.
Party Time
Photos, Music & Celebration
The rest of the time is yours. Put on your playlist, take photos at our photo spot, cut the cake — we'll stay quietly out of the way.
Bring It All, We'll Just Open The Door
This package covers the perfume workshop only. Everything below is entirely up to you.

Guests & Timing
- 6 to 10 guests per booking
- Sessions run 10:00am–2:00pm or 4:00pm–8:00pm
- Available Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Parking for up to 6 cars, ask us about more
Age & What To Bring
- Guests must be 14 or older
- Alcohol, drinks, cake and platters are all BYO
- Add hand wash making in advance (+about 30 minutes)
Payment & Booking
- Full payment upfront, no deposit
- No cancellations, refunds or date changes once booked
- You'll need to confirm our booking terms at checkout
Safety & Responsibility
- No open flames, including candles — we provide LED candles instead
- Guests are responsible for any damage or breakage caused by alcohol
- No pets, and no smoking indoors
Why no candles? Our fragrance materials are flammable, so open flames are strictly off-limits anywhere in the studio. We'll set up LED candles instead so you can still celebrate safely. Anyone using an open flame may be asked to leave without a refund, for everyone's safety.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do we really need to bring our own food and drinks?
Yes — this package covers the perfume workshop itself. Feel free to bring your own alcohol, drinks, cake and snacks; we'll have glasses and a fridge ready.
What if we don't have 6 people?
Our private party package starts at 6 guests. For smaller groups, our regular Sok Perfume Session is a great fit.
When do we get our photos?
Take as many photos as you like during the session, then send us your favourite up to 20 by 30 minutes before your session ends and we'll print them the same day.
Can we cancel or reschedule?
Bookings are paid in full upfront and are final — no cancellations, refunds or date changes. Please confirm your headcount and date carefully before booking.
Is there an age limit?
Guests must be 14 years or older.
